By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 13: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Dr Shiva Maya Tumbahamphe have proposed endorsement of Constitution (second amendment) Bill, 2077 in the federal parliament today.
After Dr Tumpahamphe's proposal, detailed discussions relating to the bill has begun in the parliament.
