Kathmandu, Feb 3: Commissioner at the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA), Dr Ganesh Raj Joshi has tendered his resignation from his post before President Bidya Devi Bhandari, to be effective from today.
Dr Joshi has submitted his resignation in writing to the President in accordance with Article 238 (4) (A) of the Constitution, a spokesman at the Office of the President, Jaganath Panta, informed through a press note.
