By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan 10: The government is administering the vaccines against the novel coronavirus to children aged 12-17 in the Kathmandu Valley from tomorrow onwards.
Issuing a notice on Monday, the Ministry of Health and Population informed that the vaccines would be administered to the children in all three districts of the valley.
In some of the local levels of these districts, vaccination to children has already been started, according to the MoHP.
Pfizer and Moderna vaccines would be administered to the children.
The Ministry has urged the children to reach the vaccination center with their parents carrying documents that specify the age to get vaccinated against the novel coronavirus or SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19.
