By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Jan 11: Chairman of the ruling CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.
According to Mohan Gautam, chair Nepal's aide, Nepal was found to have been infected with the virus in a report of the PCR test received today. A swab sample for the test was given on Monday.
Chair Nepal, also former Prime Minister, is at the home isolation at his residence.
"The swab sample for the PCR test was given on Monday, and we got the report today," said Gautam, "Chair Nepal is at the home isolation and having rest at his residence."
