By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Mar. 15: The central committee meeting of the Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist Center) has been postponed until further notice.
Narayan Kaji Shrestha, spokesperson of the party, informed the press after today's CC meeting at the party headquarters in Paris Danda that the CC meeting was deferred until another notice.
He said that some 20 central committee members of the party put forth their views in today's meeting.
The CC meeting was postponed to continue talks with the other parties in relation to formation of a new government, according to Shrestha. "Central committee members who put forth their views today stressed transformation on the part of leaders to form a revolutionary party."
The spokesperson of the CPN (Maoist Center) said that the national level cadres meeting would be held after the CC meeting concludes.
