By Chhetu Sherpa, Kathmandu, Feb. 28: The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal (CAAN) has completed a mechanical test flight (calibration flight) at Gautam Buddha International Airport, Bhairahawa and started calibration flight at five more airports too.
It has started calibration flights at Pokhara, Biratnagar, Simara, Nepalgunj and Tribhuvan International Airport.
According to Narayan Devi Shrestha, Information Officer of the CAAN, the authority has started flights to five more airports after accepting the request made by Aero Thai to fly from the aircraft used for calibration flight at Gautam Buddha International Airport, Bhairahawa.
