By TRN Online, Dailekh, Jun. 1: The Karnali State Ministry of Social Development has confirmed 35 new cases of COVID-19 within the state.
As many as 16 persons, including two female from Lokbesi-1, 2 and 3, three from Bheriganga-11 and one from Pakhpuri Municipality of Shurkhet District were detected with COVID-19 infection, informed Dr Laxmi Narayan Tiwari, Chief, Health Service Division under the State Ministry of Social Development, by issuing a press statement today.
Likewise, nine men from Narayan-1, 2 and 8, Chamunda Bindasaini-7 and Naumule RM-2 of Dailekh, 10 men of Bangad Kupinde-3, 4 and 6 and a man from Chaurpati RM-2, Achham tested positive for the virus, said Dr Tiwari.
With this, the COVID-19 case load of Karnali State itself has reached 233.
