Kathmandu, Dec.20: A total of 3,072,278 doses vaccine comprising 1,870,500 doses of Vero Cell and 1,201,778 doses of Covishield is arriving in Nepal today.
Bade Babu Thapa, Senior Pharmacy Officer at the Management Division, under the Department of health services (DoHS) said that 1,870,500 doses of Vero Cell provided by China and 1,201,778 doses of Covishield supplied by India are arriving today.
He informed the TRN Online that the Vero Cell is provided under the concessional loan assistance by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and Covishield is provided under the COVAX facility by India.
