Damauli, Feb 28 : A youth died in a road accident near the Buldi bridge in Byas municipality-2 of Tanahu last night. The accident took place on the Prithivi highway.
The deceased has been identified as Bibek Thapamagar,22, a resident of Malebagar in Byas-2, according to police. Pillion rider Rajani Gurung,20, was injured in the accident, DSP as the District Police Office, Yubaraj Timilsena said.
Thapamagar reportedly lost control of his motorcycle and met with the accident on his way to Ghansikuwa from Damauli. He died during treatment at the Damauli hospital.
