Kathmandu, Oct. 21: US Ambassador to Nepal, Randy Berry, paid a courtesy call on Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel and held discussion on bilateral financial assistance, control of COVID-19 pandemic and post crisis economic restoration.
During the meeting, Minister Poudel reminded that Nepal and US have very long relations and thanked the US for its continued assistance to Nepal's assistance.
Similarly, Ambassador Berry thanked Nepal for concentrating the US assistance on its efforts to control coronavirus. He expressed commitment to continue assistance to Nepal in the days ahead.
