By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Nov. 27: The closed session of the 10th National Congress of the CPN (UML) has started in Chitwan today. The closed session kicked off a bit later due to the delay in striking consensus for the party leadership members.
The session was scheduled for 8 am but it actually started at 3 pm, 7 hours later than the fixed time.
Sher Bahadur Tamang, secretary of the UML party headquarters, informed that messages of foreign communist parties will be read out in the session which will be followed by the statement from UML Chair KP Sharma Oli.
Inaugurated on Friday, the UML general convention is ending on Sunday.
