Nawalpur, May 7 : Two local level of Nawalparasi (Bardaghat-Susta East) have brought into operation ambulance service free of cost.
Gaindakot municipality and Kawaswoti municipality of Nawalpur have operated free ambulance service. Gaindakot municipality has run the ambulance service focusing on COVID-19 patients and expectant mothers while Kawaswoti municipality brought this service targeting COVID-19 patients.
Gaindakot mayor Chhatra Raj Poudel informed that three ambulances have been brought into operation to timely take the coronavirus infected and expectant mothers to hospitals.
“Two ambulances have been arranged to take the coronavirus-infected to the hospital while one has been managed for expectant mothers”, he informed.
Likewise, Kawaswoti municipality has mobilized a team of 20 health professionals for the care and treatment to coronavirus infected people.
