Baniyani, March 3 : Police arrested two persons along with brown sugar from Mechingar municipality-6 of Jhapa on Tuesday.
The arrestees are Ganesh Chhetri, 23, of Angna-4, Panchthar and currently residing in Jhapa Damak-1 and Anup Tamang, 27, of Morang Urlabari-9, shared spokesperson of District Police Office Jhapa, Rakesh Thapa.
A police team deputed from Drugs Control Bureau Kakadbhitta arrested Khatry with three grams and Tamang with one gram of brown sugar.
Further investigation is being undertaken into the incident by keeping drug peddlers under bar in Area Police Office.
