Rukum, Feb 24: Two persons were killed when a tipper (Ba 2 Ka 7018) met with an accident at Jhingetaar of Bhume rural municipality-4.
The District Police Office, Rukum identified the decease as Govinda Budha of around 25 years of age of Puthauttarganga rural municipality-14 and Damu Budha, 25, of Upper Sakim of Bhume-5. They died amidst the medical treatment, according to the information officer of DPO, Rukum, Dipendra Baniya.
Two have been injured in the accident and they are Dhruba of around 25 years of age of Dolakha and Ramashish Chaudhary, 23, of Chaubandhigadhi municipality-5, Udaypur.
The dead and injured were hired by Lama Construction for the Dhaune-Baluwa-Deukhola road project and the vehicle owned by the construction company was overturned all of a sudden in course of unloading stones.
