Dang, Dec 10: Two cemented bridges have been constructed over the Gwar River along the Tulsipur Ghorahi road section in Dang district.
The bridges are operative now onwards.
Constructed at the cost of Rs 470 million, both the bridges have been constructed ahead of the deadline. Rasuwa JV construction company on April 17 was awarded contract for the construction of the bridges and the deadline was by April next year, according to engineer Basanta Gyawali.
Meanwhile, around half a dozen of bridges have been under construction in Tulsipur Ghorahi road section.
While some construction works were nearing completion some are said to be hitting a snag.
Amid this, the locals have demanded the construction works to be expedited.
