By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 30: Lalitpur Metropolitan City (LMC) has started to administer the first dose of Vero Cell vaccine to people above 45 years from today. The vaccination campaign will run for three days from 10 am to 5 pm.
According to Raju Maharjan, spokesperson of the LMC, that the campaign has started since this morning in all the 29 wards of the metropolis.
“The campaign will run for three days starting from today -July 30, 31 and 32- and it has aimed to vaccinate around 24,000 people,” said Maharjan.
Similarly, Ganesh Aryal, chief administrative officer of Lalitpur Metropolitan City, said, “Preparations are underway to vaccinate Johnson & Johnson from next Monday.”
