Baniyani, Mar. 14: Nepali Congress leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula has stressed the need of ensuring impartiality, fairness and transparency during the upcoming local-level elections.
In his address to a programme here today, the leader said, “The country has already entered the election and it must be impartial and transparent with the full implementation of the code of conducts.”
As he said, elections should be conducted as per their ethics and cordially no matter what the results would come. It may be noted that the local-level election has been announced for May 13.
