By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Sept. 20: The meeting of the central Secretariat of the ruling Nepal Communist Party has started at its Parsi Danda based headquarters.
It is the first time that the NCP secretariat meeting has been held at Paris Danda after the unification between the then CPN-UML and CPN-Maoist Center.
The meeting started under Chairmanship of NCP Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' at 11:30 am, according to Prachanda's press aide Bishnu Prasad Sapkota.
The meeting is expected to manage party works as per the provision made in the report prepared by a taskforce and endorsed by the party's Standing Committee meeting held on September 11 based on which both the chairmen of the NCP, Prachanda and KP Sharma Oli, also Prime Minister, issued inter-party circular on Sept 14.
In the proposal of the chairmen duo, commitment has been made to complete remaining work of party unity within October 15.
