Solukhumbu, Dec 27 : A community has donated Rs 6 million for the construction of Dudhkoshi community hospital.
Maidel Serofero Gurung Samaj Lahuretole Kathmandu provided the financial assistance of Rs 6.92 million for the hospital.
Hospital operation committee treasurer Balaram Gurung shared that the economic assistance was handed over the hospital to be operated at their village. The society had proactively formed groups to raise money for the hospital.
The big individual donors are the permanent resident of Chulungdudhkoshi rural municipality-6 Maidel, currently living abroad.
Ganesh Bahadur Gurung and govinda Gurung jointly handed over the aid money to the hospital management committee in different phases.
