Kathmandu, May 31: Kiran Poudel has been selected as the chair of National Youth Association, close to CPN (UML).
The secretariat meeting of the Association held virtually today chose Poudel as the chair, said general secretary Ramesh Acharya.
The outgoing chair Bachan Bahadur Singh retired due to age bar. The association has put a age bar of 40 for its members and office bearers.
However, the central committee remains the same. There are 1,200 CCMs in the association. Newly selected chair Poudel committed to mobilizing the organization to control the pandemic.
