By Our Correspondent, Taplejung, Apr. 25: Pathibhara Development Trust has restricted worshipping the famous holy shrine for a month as coronavirus is spreading everywhere. Issuing a press release, the Trust has restricted public visit inside the temple.
“Newer variants of the virus are spreading across the globe rapidly, Nepal is not an exception. We have restricted all believers from their visit and worship in the temple to prevent its spread here,” read the statement.
Manmani Kafle, executive director of the temple development committee, said that only regular worshipping, yoga and praying will be conducted inside the temple. “Only a few people will fulfil regular work,” he said.
Kafle also said that they imposed a prohibition on the visit in the temple staying under the orders and measures of the federal government to prohibit visits to public places like temple, church, gumba and others.
“Local CCMC decided to prohibit public gathering and we also decided to obey the order of maintaining health protocol,” Kafle added. The Temple management committee said sorry for the inconvenience to the disciples who were preparing to visit the holy shrine in this duration.
