Biratnagar, March 27 : Nepali Congress leader and former deputy prime minister Prakash Man Singh said time has come for leadership change to maintain clean image of party, its institutional development and strengthening of organization.
At a programme organized by Press Union Morang chapter here on Thursday, leader Singh said the leadership must be changed from the coming 14th general convention of the party. He accused the government of failing to work as per people's expectation but concentrating power unnecessarily.
Leader Singh shared that he had not thought of fielding himself as the party president candidate in the coming general convention. However, he would take move after studying the situation, he added.
