Banepa, March 21 : A man has died after falling off a cliff in Narayansthan hills of Bethanchowk rural municipality-3, Kavre.
The deceased has been identified as Niroj Rijal,26, working in Kathmandu University in Dhulikhel municipality.
The incident took place on Saturday morning at around 2:00 am when he fell off the cliff while going to the toilet, said Area Police Office Inspector Yogendra Timilsena.
A joint team of Police and Nepali Army retrieved the body some 700 meters below the cliff. The body has been taken to Dhulikhel hospital for a post-mortem.
Rijal had reached Narayasthan in Bethanchowk for a tour along with three others on Friday night.
