Bhojpur, Oct 27:State 1 Chief Minister Sherdhan Rai has said Nepal has been the centre of global attention with Chinese President's recent visit. "Nepal is capable in all aspects. Securing the visit of globally high profile figure was a big success to Nepal," he lauded.
CM Rai further said the Chinese President Xi Jinping's visit has given a message that Nepal is a country with much potential. Now onwards, Nepal catches the path of modern development, he asserted.
The CM was speaking at a greetings exchange programme organized by Nepal Communist Party district chapter on the occasion of Tihar festival today. On the occasion, he argued that country adopted federalism for the rights of the oppressed people. "It is everyone's duty to protect federalism."
Moreover, he shared that people have realized happiness after the country became federal. Federalism is not for any party's interest but of entire people.
The CM also urged the citizens to monitor whether the budget at local levels is properly utilized.
