By Lucky Chaudhary, Kathmandu, Dec. 16: Talks between the Chairmen of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP), Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' is going on at the PM's residence, Baluwatar.
Surya Thapa, press advisor to the PM confirmed that the meeting between the Chairmen, which had kicked off at 12:00 in the afternoon, was still going on.
According to Thapa, PM Oli had called Prachanda for the meeting prior to holding the meeting of the party's Standing Commiteee. "As discussions between the Chairmen are still ongoing, the meeting of Standing Commitee might be delayed," said Thapa.
The party leaders have taken the ongoing talks between the Chairmen positively, in light of resolving the intra-party feud.
