Banke, Dec. 30: Narainapur Rural Municipality of Banke district is now connected with its headquarters, Nepalgunj, after blacktopping of the postal highway.
Of the 44 kilometer long Katakuiya road of Nepalgunj, 29.5 kilometer was blacktopped.
