Bejhad, Palpa, Jan 7 : Chairperson of Baganaskali rural municipality in Palpa district, Krishna Prasad Basyal, has donated warm clothes to students from poor communities studying at Ganga Secondary School, from his salary.
Chair Basyal said that he donated warm clothes to 57 poor students to encourage them to go to school after knowing that the students remained absent in school in lack of warm clothes.
Chairperson of School Management Committee, Jhapendra Prasad Khanal, thanked chair Basyal for donating warm clothes to students in this chilling cold. Chair Basyal has also been providing support in teaching learning activities of children of poor and Bote community as well as treatment if helpless families.
