Biratnagar, Oct 4 : Nepali Congress Vice President Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar on Friday said the government should act on the spirit and aspiration of the constitution putting the people at the centre in its all activities and decisions.
Suggesting that the government should operate with the mindset of partnership to preserve historic achievements gained so far, he argued that the press is treasure of democracy and it should not be limited under any pretext. He was talking to media-persons at Biratnagar Airport.
He also condemned attacks on its leader recently.
