Kathmandu, March 30 : In a bid to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic, the Gokarneshwor Municipality has started spraying chlorine at the places in the municipality's all wards where there is much movement of people.
Municipality's spokesperson Manoj Kumar Dhungana said that chlorine has been sprayed at ward number 5,6, 7 and 8 as per the doctor's advice. He said the chlorine would be sprayed at ward number 9,4,3, 2 and 1 of the municipality today.
Dhungana added that the Municipality has also made arrangement of 10 hotline telephone service for the consumers to prevent shortage of supply of essentials.
