Kathmandu, Feb. 2: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has appointed Kiran Gajurel of Nuwakot as his 'speech and statement expert'. The PM appointed Gajurel on Tuesday as an expert for advising on and drafting speeches and statements for the Prime Minister, the PM's Secretariat said.
Gajurel holds a Master's degree in Political Science from Tribhuvan University. He has his special expertise in political opinion writing and instruction. He is active in research works as well.
Gajurel has published various research books and articles. He was a member of the Nepali Congress Local Level Coordination Department before this. He also worked in the NC president Deuba's Public Relations Office during the Nepali Congress' the 13th and 14th General Convention.
