Morang, Mar. 6: Nepali Congress (NC) central member Bijay Kumar Gachchhadar has spoken about the need for continuing with the existing ruling alliance till the upcoming elections.
Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport today, the former minister said political parties needed to keep the alliance intact till the upcoming polls as it was the demand of the hour.
“The ruling parties exercised their conscience and contributed to ratifying the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and prevented the nation from suffering a grave incident. Recalling the alliance's role in correcting the political course at home, he added the MCC was a purely development aid project. The political parties supported to endorse it from the House by rising above the partisan interests, he added.
