Kanchanpur, Jan 5 : Former Prime Minister and senior leader of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Madhav Kumar today reached the Mahakali to inspect the four-lane bridge being constructed over the Mahakali River.
On the occasion, he insisted that the project should complete on time and it should be connected to the people's culture and be used a means of income generation for the locals.
He also inspected the six-lane road connecting to the bridge. He was hopeful that the road construction would support in improving people's livelihood.
Leader Nepal was accompanied by NCP central member Ram Kumar Gyawali, Kanchanpur constituency-3 lawmaker Dipak Prakas Bhatta, Sudur Paschim State Assembly member Man Bahadur Sunar, Bhimduttta municipality Mayor Surendra Bista and former minister Urba Dutta Panta on the occasion.
