Bajhang, Aug 4 : Flood in Bahuli rivulet on Tuesday night has obstructed Surma road section linking Chainpur to Surma rural municipality.
Information Officer of the District Police Office, Kamal Chaudhary, said that the road section was swept away by the flood.
A police team has headed towards the incident site and details of the losses are awaited. Chaudhary urged the district folks to stay alert as dozens of villages are at the high risk of landslide and flood.
Similarly, a powerhouse of Sendogadi Power Pvt Ltd located at Surma-2 is also at disaster risk.
