Kathmandu, Dec 16 : Film Development Board Chairperson Keshab Bhattarai passed away last night due to cardiac arrest. He is 52.
Bhattarai went unconscious on the way back to home from a wedding programme. He died while he was being taken to Om Hospital for treatment.
Board member Narendra Maharjan informed that post-mortem of Bhattarai's mortal body is being undertaken at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital (TUTH) in Maharajgunj.
Bhattarai was an artist, film director and film producer. He is survived by spouse and a son. His last rites will be performed today.
