By TRN Online, Kathmandu, June 28: Amid the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, Expert Education and Visa Services (EEVS) has handed over 50 oxygen concentrators to various hospitals across the nation.
The oxygen concentrators with 10-litre capacity were donated by 16 branch offices of EEVS in and outside the Valley in coordination with the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) and Expert Foundation.
The concentrators have been provided to COVID-19 hospitals in Birtamode, Itahari, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Makwanpur, Nuwakot, Kathmandu, Chitwan, Pokhara, Syangja, Gulmi, Rupandehi, Dang, Nepalgunj, and Dhangadhi, informed the EEVS.
Jayaram Aryal, director at EEVS, Maharajgunj, said, "We have distributed the oxygen concentrators in Sangla Primary Health Centre, Tarakeshwor and Tokha Chandeshwori Primary Health Centre, Tokha in Kathmandu and Kharanitar Hospital in Nuwakot."
