Kathmandu, May 19 : Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has extended sorrow over the demise of Gajindra Prakash Malla, father of member of Gandaki Province Assembly, member of party’s Senior Citizen Political Assembly and Mahasamiti member, Bhagawat Prakash Malla. Gajindra Prakash died on Tuesday.
In a condolence message, President Deuba stated that he was deeply saddened by the news of passing away of Gajindra Prakash.
He wished for eternal peace to the departed soul and expressed condolences to the bereaved family members.
Gajindra Prakash was former member of District Development Committee, Syangja.
Saying Gajindra Prakash had significant contribution in building NC’s organisation and Nepal’s democratic movement, Deuba mentioned that the party has lost a leading figure on the senior politician’s demise.
