At a condolence gathering organized on the seventh day of the passing away of NC central member and former minister Nabindra Raj Joshi at Devghat on Thursday, senior leader Poudel said the uncertainty was taking toll on Nepal casting further chaos. "Currently, sheer uncertainty is afflicting the country. It is a bad omen for democracy," he reminded.
