By A Staff Reporter, Kathmandu, Jan. 19: Kathmandu District Administration Office today gave permission to the police to arrest singer Astha Raut.
Singer Raut had released a video on Wednesday, alleging a female police personnel of misbehaving with her while she was en route to Bhadrapur from Tribhuwan International Airport, Kathmandu.
Gaulochan Sainju, Assistant Chief District Officer said that permission was given to the police to arrest Raut and carry out further investigation over the video she had released.
