Biratnagar, Dec 30 : The district police have arrested three cadres of Netra Bikram Chand-led group from Morang district.
They also confiscated pamphlets and leaflets belonging to the party, a country-made pistol and its bullet from the arrestees who have been identified as Naresh Chaulagain of Sundarharaincha municipality-10, Chhitij Poudel of Biratnagar Metropolitan City-8 and Chiranjibi Dhital of Pathari. The pistol was hidden in a banana grove near Sunsari-Morang irrigation project canal, said Superintendent of Police Bishwo Adhikari, adding that the arrest was made on different dates acting on a tip off.
