By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 23: Blood Donors' Association Nepal (BLODAN) has been volunteering in the blood donation programme organized by Pashupati Marwadi Sewa Sangh here at Bhugolpark, New Road, for over a week.
As many as 23 volunteers blood donors donated blood today at the programme.
BLODAN has been providing volunteering in the programme ever since it resumed a week before.
Pashupati Marwadi Sewa Sangh has been running blood donation programme twice a week for a long time here. The programme was halted since the country went into lockdown to curb possible spread of COVID-19 on March 23. The lockdown was officially lifted on July 21 keeping a few restrictions.
Machakaji Maharjan, BLODAN central member, Saraswati Gautam, BLODAN Kathmandu member, Robinsan Kansakar and Sanukaji Maharjan, members Kathmandu district mid-zone, volunteered in the programme.
