By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 29: Mahila Shree Samaj in partnership with Nobel Sakosh Literary Organisation and Jagaran Nepal organised today an awareness programme on COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on women and the community here at Ghattekulo, Kathmandu Metropolis-29.

Speakers such as psychologist Dr. Bigya Shah of Patan Hospital and surgeon Dr. Ranjis Pahari of Bhaktapur Hospital imparted precaution as well as awareness training about COVID-19 in the programme presided by Saraswati Gautam, media person and Chair of Nobel Sakos. Kush Dhakal, Chair of Kathmandu Metropolitan City ward number 29, was the chief guest of the event.

Former parliamentarian Sabitra Bhusal, youth leader of Nepal Communist Party Anil Sharma, senior artist Madan Das Shrestha, woman rights activits Sarmila Karki, Chair of community police service center, Ghattekulo, Tanka Bahadur Shrestha, media person and literary figure Rajan Neupane, among others, participated in the programme.
