By TRN Online, Kathmandu, July 30: Ambassador of Pakistan to Nepal Syed Haider Shah today called on Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba to congratulate PM Deuba and convey felicitations from Imran Khan, Prime Minister of Pakistan, to PM Deuba upon his assumption of the office of the Prime Minister of Nepal.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Deuba expressed his commitment to further enhance bilateral relations existing between the two friendly countries while he also expressed gratitude for Pakistan's material and financial support to Nepal in its fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a press release by the embassy.
On the occasion, ambassador Shah expressed Pakistan's continued commitment towards Nepal's socio-economic development through Pakistan's various assistance programmes.
