By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Feb. 14: Ambassador of Pakistan to Nepal Syed Haider Shah called on former Prime Minister and Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal at the latter's residence.
It was a courtesy call in continuation with the outreach effort towards political leadership in the context of strengthening Pakistan-Nepal bilateral relations.
The Ambassador complimented leader Nepal for his laudable contribution in the progression of bilateral ties in various capacities including as Prime Minister.
The Ambassador shared his hope that Chairman Nepal would continue to contribute his part in cementing the strong ties between Pakistan and Nepal, a press note of the Embassy of Pakistan in Nepal stated.
Chairman Nepal thanked the Ambassador and expressed his desire for the continuation and further progress of bilateral relations between the two countries.
