Kathmandu, April 5: Minister for Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Pampha Bhusal, has said that achievements made through people's struggle and the federal democratic republic constitution have still been facing threats.
While inaugurating the newly constructed building for Godawari Municipality ward-14 here today, Minister Bhusal shared that the responsibility to save them has fallen on a force having the capacity of carrying out changes.
"Coalition parties have pledged to continue the existing alliance in the incumbent government for the agenda of facing existing national political challenges, institutionalizing and implementing achievements made from changes and creating a base for socialism", she opined.
The alliance continuation would not only mean securing a win in the elections but safeguard and institutionalise achievements made so far, nationality, sovereignty and the constitution, added Minister Bhusal.
She mentioned, "There was a need to form an alliance to defeat a force against changes. Forces in favour of changes will join hands in the local election."
