By TRN Online, Kathmandu, Apr. 27: CPN (Maoist Center) is holding its Standing Committee meeting this afternoon at its party headquarters in Paris Danda, according to Bishnu Sapkota 'Jugal', press advisor to party chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'.
The meeting is expected to dwell on current political situation and issues.
Following reinstatement of the House of Representatives (HoR), the Maoist Center is preparing to withdraw its support to the incumbent government and put forward a no-confidence proposal against the government.
Earlier, a meeting of the Standing Committee had entrusted party Chair Prachanda with responsibility to withdraw support to government in appropriate time.
