Chitwan, April 16 : A youth from eastern Chitwan suspected of COVID-19 after RDT positive has been tested negative in PCR test.
His lab test was negative after PCR test conducted at Bharatpur COVID-19 Test Hospital today, said hospital chair Dr Bhojraj Adhikari.
He had recently returned home from South Korea and was tested positive for COVID-19 in RDT at Ratnanagar based Gunjaman Hospital.
Meanwhile, 65-year old woman of Rapti municipality has been kept in isolation at Bharatpur based COVID-19 Hospital in suspicion of COVID-19 infection as she had recently returned home from the United Kingdom.
Along with her, two sons are also kept in the isolation ward at the hospital.
