By Suresh Kumar Yadav, Kathmandu, Mar. 11: The Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) and the Rastriya Prajatantra Party-Joint (RPP-J) have got unified today.
The leaders even touched the holy Gita and promised to never ever divide the party again at the ceremony to announce party unification.
Leaders Pashupati Shumsher Rana, Kamal Thapa, Dr. Prakash Chandra Lohani had taken oath in the party unification programme held today.
Chairman of the RPP, Kamal Thapa took out Gita, the holy book of Hinduism from his pocket and vowed that the party would not be divided again, in front of the party cadres.
Dr. Lohani and Rana also joined Thapa.
Chair Thapa said, “By touching Gita, I vow that I will not let the party to get divided.”
