Kathmandu, Aug 30 : The Nagdhunga-Naubise road section has been disrupted today following rain-triggered landslides.
Chief of Metropolitan Police Circle, Thankot DSP Mohan Khand shared that the road section was obstructed after landslide occurred nearby Chisapani Dhara along the Tribhuvan Highway.
With the road disruption, the vehicles to and from the Kathmandu Valley have been stranded. He informed that a team of police personnel has already reached the site to clear off the debris.
Passengers are bearing the brunt of frequent disruption of the highway due to landslides. The landslide is occurring on the road section of late in course of widening the highway nearby Sisnekhola where tunnel highway is under construction.
