Kathmandu, Oct 4: Ambassador of the United States of America to Nepal, Randy Berry paid a courtesy call on Nepal Communist Party (NCP) senior leader Jhalanath Khanal today.
In the meeting that took place at leader Khanal's residence at Dallu, the former Prime Minister wished that the friendly relations between Nepal and America would be further promoted, leader Khanal's private secretary Krishna Bhattarai said.
The US Ambassador stated that America wanted to continue assisting Nepal and it was ready to expand the US cooperation especially as stability has been established in Nepal.
Senior leader Khanal's foreign relations advisor, Milan Tuladhar was also present during the meeting.
