By Lucky Chaudhary, Kathmandu, July 3: Dialogue between two chairmen of the ruling Nepal Communist Party (NCP) to sort out the ongoing issues within the party has begun in the Prime Minister's residence, Balwatar.
Surya Thapa, press advisor of the PM said, that NCP Chair Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' reached Baluwatar at around 11:30 AM today to hold talks with another Chairman of the party and Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
Thapa said that talks between the chairmen duo was still going on.
